Most of you probably already know this , but just in case you don't---

I served on the Valley Forge from June 66 until July 69. I recently requested a review of Medals, Ribbons, etc and was sent the following--NDSM, Vietnam Service Medal with 8 Service Stars ( 1 Silver and 3 Bronze)---
Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon---Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal with 1960 device( issued by South Vietmam, authorized to wear but we have to buy it,---Republic of Vietnam MUC Gallantry Cross ( also issued by South Vietnam, authorized to wear but we have to buy it also).

I believe you can still request the Cold War Medal and Ribbon and/or a Presidential Honor Certificate for deceased vets.

Battle E Ribbon if you made the West Pac Cruise that returned in June 1966.

In case anyone does need any help requesting Medals, Ribbons, ETC, give me a shout and i'll be glad to help.
